Electric Submersible Sub-Prime pumps are available in sludge, trash, and dewatering models. From 1/2 to 90 hp, Sub-Prime pumps are built for tough construction and industrial applications.
ITT Flygt has recently introduced 2600 series of dewatering pumps, including six models with output ranges of 1.2 to 27 HP.
The pumps feature innovative hydraulics, fewer components, new materials and an ergonomic design. The patented DuraSpin hydraulic system improves wear resistance and sustains performance. The results of all of these features: unmatched wear resistance, consistent long-term performance, resulting in the lowest cost of ownership.
5000 series slurry pumpsThis range of pumps is intended for use in the most abrasive applications where transportation of solids is the main operation and the water is merely carrying fluid.
Capacities range up to 350 l/ps with heads up to 100m. Motor power: 3-210 kW.
Available in 0.6 hp / 0.4 kW, 1 hp / 0.75 kW (GSP10) , and 2 hp / 1.5 KW (GSP20) models, the GSP Sub-Prime offers flow rates from 70 through 110 gpm and maximum heads from 39 to 70 feet. The GSP Sub-Prime line is a selection of portable, electric submersible dewatering pumps available for a wide range of pumping applications on construction, industrial, mining, utility, and municipal job sites. An optional piggy back single float switch can be supplied as a cost-effective choice for applications requiring automatic operation.
The GST Sub-Prime line is a selection of portable, electric submersible pumps designed for trash laden applications. Standard side discharge and semi-vortex cast iron impeller enable these units to handle up to 1" diameter solids. And the fully removable volute makes clean0out fast and easy. The GST Sub-Prime line offers flow rates to 75 gpm and maximum heads to 48'. Units are available in 0.5 hp / 0.4 kw (GST05) and 1 hp / 0.75 kW (GST10) models. For automatic applications, a piggy back single float switch can be supplied.
