Heidra 100
The Godwin 4" (100mm) Heidra 100 hydraulic submersible pump is a compact self-contained pumping unit featuring a diesel driven power pack and 4" (100mm) submersible hydraulic pump. With variable speed diesel engine power, the Heidra 100 can meet a variety of flow and head requirements up to 800 gpm (408.6 m3/h) and 120' (36.6 m) of total dynamic head with a simple throttle adjustment. Add the ability to pass solids to 2" (50mm) in diameter, dry running capabilities, a cast chromium steel impeller, and you have a rugged dewatering / solids-handling, hydraulic submersible pump ready to go anywhere.
Features
- Rugged construction featuring cast iron pumping chamber and cast chromium steel impeller.
- Bearings are independent from the hydraulic gear motor - pump loads in no way affect gear motor performance.
- Double mechanical seal in its own clean oil bath allowing for indefinite dry running. Inboard seal: silicone carbide. Outboard seal: carbon or ceramic.
- Standard impeller designed for general pumping. slurries and sludges. Semi-recessed impeller provides greater solids-handling capabilities.
- Standard two-bolt SAE flange gear motor connections.
- Simple to maintain, gear motor with "plug-in" connection allows for quick changeover when required.
